The beach path is only one short block away from this meticulously maintained home where you’ll appreciate the wide, uncrowded, pristine beaches of 35th Street. Just two blocks to the southern end of Avalon’s Business District, you’ll enjoy being far enough away from the crowds in town while also enjoying close proximity to Avalon’s renowned restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival, you’ll find off-street parking for at least three vehicles. Step in the main entrance and be welcomed into a tastefully decorated home featuring an open concept living room and dining area with lots of natural light and a renovated and fully stocked kitchen with ample cabinet space. Off the main living space is a sunny four-season front room with a vaulted ceiling, comfy seating and a closet full of family-friendly games. It’s a perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee, play board games, or curl up with a book.

Offering the convenience of single-story living, this rancher boasts five bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 people. Four of the bedrooms feature Queen beds, and one bedroom has four built-in twin bunkbeds.

The two back bedrooms have sliding doors that open to a spacious deck with an awning to keep you cool on the hot summer days, comfortable furniture, and an inviting backyard. Enjoy the propane fire pit, space to play corn hole or your favorite yard games, plus there is a dining table and chairs in the backyard for you to enjoy the dinner you prepare on the outdoor gas grill.

There are two full baths: one with a bathtub, and the other that has a step-in shower as well as a washer and dryer. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower.

Although Avalon is “cooler by a mile” and the home enjoys lovely breezes, the Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house will keep you cool on warm summer days. There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout the home.

With this ideal location, nearby popular destinations include Avalon’s Public Recreation Area (39th Street–basketball, tennis and playground); the Public Bayfront Dock (37th Street); the Avalon Public Library (32nd Street); Surfside Park (29th Street) featuring weekly outdoor concerts, a large playground as well as a nearby arcade, ice cream parlor and amazing farm-to-table restaurant; and the Avalon Boardwalk (32nd Street), which is the perfect setting for a relaxing walk or invigorating run along the beach.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap) to get your stay started. Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee). Don’t forget to pack your beach towels! Additional linens or special requests are subject to availability, and will be billed to the booking guest.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.
