Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are delivered at no additional cost (bed-making is available upon request and for an additional fee). Central Air, WiFi, and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The radiant pool is seasonal, opening at the end of May until the first week of September. Radiant pools are well-insulated for maximum energy efficiency, and are designed to hold the heat from the sun. Please note this is not a heated pool.
The spacious driveway offers parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking to accommodate more.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.

Overall, the house provided what we needed for the weekend, including beach gear, sleeping arrangements, and cooking supplies. However, there were a few drawbacks. The refrigerator leaked and didn’t seem to maintain a consistent temperature, and the house itself felt difficult to keep at a comfortable temperature with the Air conditioning working. The back deck and chairs could have been maintained better, as there was bird droppings everywhere that detracted from the space. While the pool wasn’t included in the price we paid, the outdoor lounging area was and unfortunately, what seemed to be an easy clean up prior to us arriving wasn't completed and this ended up making it less enjoyable for us to use. we did clean it ourselves with the hose
We had a lovely time at the house and were very impressed with the flexibility and responsiveness of the host. She arranged for an early check in for us so we could maximize our time there, which we really appreciated. The house is REALLY well equipped with all the stuff you need for grilling, fishing, beach, kayaking, etc., much of which we used and enjoyed. I wish I could give 4.5 stars in the app instead of 4. The things that kept it from being a 5-star experience were that the chairs in the dining area, which is the main table surface for games, work, arts & crafts, etc, were really hard and uncomfortable, so your legs kind of go numb as you sit. There was also a leak on the kitchen floor, which she said would get looked at after we checked out. Finally, the best time to use the dock for fishing/kayaking is high tide, but the tide floods the walkway to the dock, at one point all the way to mid thigh height! That nixed it for the kids. I really wish that had been in the listing.
Awesome place to stay. Sunsets were beautiful! Pool was so much fun! Loved it!!
